HR Generalist France - part time (3 days per week)
Are you an administrative jack of all trades with knowledge of the French labour law? Do you love to switch between administrative work and supporting HR advisors with your in-depth knowledge of the local labour law? Then we have the perfect role for you!
As the HR Generalist you will be the go-to person for all our French colleagues for HR related matters. The main focus will be on administrative tasks such as payroll, contract management and managing the personnel files. Another important part of the role is supporting the HR advisors when it comes to local labour law topics.
End responsible for the full HR administration & payrolling for France;
Knowledge working with collective agreements for France;
Making sure all processes are in place;
First point of contact for our French employees;
Responsible for the follow up of the recruitment process;
Support the HR Advisors with topics involving local labour law;
Support with recruitment activities;
Support with HR projects;
Flags it when workflows or systems are not working optimally;
Manages all country office related topics.
Secondary vocational or higher vocational working and thinking level;
Accurate and precise;
5 - 7 years of relevant working experience in HR administration, local labour and social security law;
Knowledge of the French local labour law;
Able to switch between strategic and operational tasks;
Fluent in French and English
Experience with/open to new cultures and ways of thinking since you will be working closely with our international HR team!
The role is part time (3 days per week)
