Job description

Your goal

You will be a crucial part of the Direct Consumer Team and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. Leading a small team of highly talented digital natives, you will ensure that our digital presence will lead the way to make Swapfiets into the #1 micro-mobility brand in the world!
 

Your responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis and optimization for the full Swapfiets online acquisition & social media;
  • You will be optimizing our funnel from awareness to conversion and continuous experimenting and optimizing new online channels and different creatives to reach targets;
  • You are an expert in Facebook & other Social platform marketing and will lead the company in the next steps in our digital journey to become the leading digital marketing brand in the Netherlands and beyond;
  • You will mentor, coach, develop and lead the 2 person team, consisting of 1 Performance Marketeer and a Social Media Marketeer for now;
  • You will be leading the way by setting up Facebook campaigns for relevant departments and marketing ends;
  • You will together with the team create customer insights based on their online behavior;
  • You will also be building a data landscape within the marketing department by matching the data of our customers to the data in our systems;
  • You will be collaborate on content creation and strategies with social media marketeer and performance marketeer to maximize engagement and conversion rates;
  • You will set up clear performance marketing and social reporting;
  • And you will manage and own the ever increasing Digital Marketing budget.

Requirements

Your Profile
  • Academic working and thinking level;
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in performance marketing;
  • 2-3 years of broad Digital Experience;
  • Excellent communicator; ability to transform detailed analysis and digital marketing complexity into straightforward summaries for all levels of the organization;
  • Fluent in English and/or local language (Dutch).
