As a continuous improvement lead you will be part of the Swapfiets operations team and you will be reporting to the global head of warehouse and logistics. You will be joining the team with the logistics planner and the facilities & renovation manager and the district managers warehouse.
Create and own the platform to share best practices and questions among different functions within operations.
Responsible to continuously make progress on our efficiencies within the current standard;
Represent the continuous improvement mindset as a stakeholder when setting up new working standards by the Supply Chain Innovation team;
Define and run improvement projects from A to Z together with local management and workshop employees on location (>20 workshops in 4 countries), based on own insights, data analysis, and input from operations and management;
Test instructions, and run (a) pilot(s) before the implementing the next iteration;
Communicate with the operations department about (implementation of the) projects;
Specialisation: (analysis of) process optimisation;
Academic working and thinking level on a technical/supply chain level;
3-5 years of relevant work experience;
Experience in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement teams;
