Your goal will be to continue to stimulate Swapfiets as an appealing and innovative consumer brand. You will create concepts for the Swapfiets brand in all countries and for all our products in order to get everybody on a vehicle with a blue tire!
You will be helping to bring the Swapfiets brand come to life across the full customer journey by concepting and developing a range of creative work; from performance-based assets to larger conceptual brand campaigns and out-of-the-box activation ideas;
You will be setting the brand tone and evolve our brand guidelines and tone of voice;
Develops cutting edge and out-of-the-box activation ideas in line with brand positioning;
Partner with Brand Management to develop ideas & concepts, actively supervise all creative deliverables and give input to the product design team;
Grow, mentor and inspire a Graphic Designer.
Highly conceptual and experienced in creating creative concepts both online and offline (instore) while meeting business objectives;
5-7 years relevant experience;
Academic working and thinking level;
Proven track record of creating out-of-the-box creative work;
Have a natural feel for the Swapfiets brand identity and philosophy;
Passionate about sustainable solutions, biking (urban mobility) and product design;
Are a hands-on executor and an independent performer that knows how to take initiative;
Are used to working under high pressure and you see tight deadlines as an exciting challenge.
