For our management team we are looking for a: Strategic Planner to help us achieve our goal of becoming the #1 micro-mobility brand in the world!


What are you going to do?

As our strategic planner you are going to add more structure, focus, and clarity to our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to get a seat at the table of a high growth scale-up and really learn the ins-and-outs of running a business and leading an organization. This role will report directly into our Chief Strategy Officer and you will be working closely with our full Management Team to drive results for the company.


You will become the to-go stop for our MT. You will be assessing the operational and strategic performance of Swapfiets. Next to that you will be assisting our board in operational tasks i.e. making notes, helping out with fundraising etc. Ideally we are looking for someone to get into the nitty gritty of the strategy and mission and who doesn’t mind getting his/her hands dirty!

Your responsibilities:

  • You will attend Management Team meetings, set the agenda, document the meeting, and help ensure actions are being taken;

  • You will help plan and execute the quarterly Management Team offsites, including logistics and content;

  • You will help in shaping the priorities of the company and communicate these priorities to the organization, on behalf of the CEO;

  • Support the Chief Strategy Officer in project management for the whole organization (PMO)

  • Support various leaders in the organization to adhere to the project management structure;

  • Interact with key internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner and act as an informal advisor to these individuals.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Academic working and thinking level;

  • 2-3 years experience in a business or strategic consultancy environment and wanting to change to corporate;

  • Experience with project management or coordination is a plus;

  • Sharp attention to detail, strong organization and time-management skills;

  • Quick learner, entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and self-starter;

  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form;

  • Mature, emphatic, pragmatic;

  • Fluent in English, additional language is a plus.
