We are growing! The only way we can realize our growth is by hiring the right talent and that is where you come in. Together with the current TA team, you will be responsible for hiring the best Tech talents and help on some Operations positions when necessary.
You will also work closely together with the HR team and of course with the different hiring managers. But even more important; you are the one with original ideas to make sure that the talent we will hire will help us reach our goal to become the #1 micro-mobility brand in the world!
Responsible for recruiting, selecting and hiring employees for Tech.
Help/support the team on Ops positions.
Actively sourcing candidates for relevant roles on LinkedIn and other platforms.
Using the right sourcing mix for the different job families.
Writing and publishing (new) vacancy texts based on the role descriptions.
Conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers and relevant employees.
Providing managers and peers with recruitment training.
Supporting vacancies in gathering additional candidates through social media or other channels.
Working on different projects on the roadmap together with the recruitment team, for example; relaunch of the referral program, internal mobility, diversity & inclusion, building talent pools, employer branding activities and building recruitment dashboards.
