The retail team is the binding element between the local operations and the headquarters in Amsterdam. From here we are constantly looking for opportunities to improve our Front-end Service. It is an exciting area to work in as we are collaborating with almost every department in the company - From IT to Marketing, from Development to Logistics. Your responsibilities

• Being the connecting element between our cities on the ground and HQ operations

• Managing your own projects from design phase to final roll-out, specifically

  • Designing creative and engaging price tags for out store

  • Improving and modernizing our waiting line management system in stores

• Supporting the organization of epic district parties

• Improving and coordinating order processes between stores and external suppliers

• Assist the global retail manager in multiple long term projects

• Inputting to training and communication processes

• Visiting our location and looking for improvement opportunities in our front-end service 

Your profile

You have got loads of positive energy to inspire others and push for the most sustainable solution. It will not always be easy, but with your healthy dose of creativity, perseverance and ability to connect you will always find a way. Note: It is mandatory to be living in Amsterdam for this position.

• You have excellent organizational skills;

• You are enthusiastic about great service;

• You are very attentive and connecting with different stakeholders is easy for you;

• You enjoy working independently;

• You are available from the beginning of August.
