How you pedal us forward!
As a Swapper+, you go beyond the regular Swapper responsibilities and play a key role in supporting daily operations and results. You will:
Support the Store Lead with day-to-day tasks;
Guide and support both new and experienced Swappers;
Assist with local pilots and help implement new processes smoothly;
Ensure updates from HQ are clearly communicated and understood on the shop floor;
Lead by example when it comes to safety and professionalism;
Help maintain clean and organized stores in line with brand standards;
Manage daily appointment schedules, including checking member information (e.g. open invoices);
Oversee battery registration;
Work part of your hours as a Swapper, representing the brand and leading by example in both our store & field.
The gear you need!
Available to work Mondays, and flexible for additional shifts;
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week;
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch;
A representative and professional attitude;
A proactive mindset. You work well independently and thrive in a team;
Open to new ideas, initiatives and implementing change;
Leadership experience is a strong plus;
Bike repair skills are a strong plus.

A salary of €17.10 per hour (please note that a 2.5% to 5% salary increase will be directly applied to the base salary for this position)
