The Store & Field Lead is responsible for leading daily store and field operations while managing frontline teams to deliver an outstanding member experience. This role combines hands-on operational execution with people leadership, quality control, and commercial accountability, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance. 

Own the day-to-day success of store and field operations by leading people, bikes, and processes to create a safe, fun, and seamless experience for both members and team every single day.

How you pedal us forward!

• Manages a team of Swappers & Drivers and trains them to deliver uniform and awesome experience to our members while driving customer basket value;

• Participate in providing service to customers and conducting bike repairs in the store;

• Ensures retail & vehicles look 100% of the time completely conform guideline & proper;

• Ensures we deliver service within set time-frame while also meeting local retail & field hour budgets.

• Acts as first point of contact for the store heroes, Customer Service, Manager and customers

• Makes sustainability part of the functional focus

• Keeps the store clean, tidy and organized

• Involved in the hiring process and evaluation of new store swappers together with the Manager

The gear you need!

• Secondary vocational education working or thinking level.
  
  

• Fluent in English and Dutch 

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and experience with managing people

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• A Continuous Improvement Mindset

• Affinity with bikes and service
