You will make sure our members' experience in the store is unforgettable. You’re the first point of contact for the store Swappers, Swapdesk and Store & Field Manager during the shift. When the Store & Field Manager is not there you will lead the swapper team of the store and ensure that the store looks awesome! Are you that awesome person who can relate to this? Your responsibilities

• You will drive the member experience to an awesome store experience;

• You will act as the first point of contact for customers in the store;

• Solve the more difficult member-related issues in the store;

• If someone joins your awesome Swap team, you will be responsible for the onboarding of the new store Swappers;

• Involved in the hiring process of new store swappers;

• Evaluate the Swappers together with the Store & Field Manager;

• You will provide input to the Store & Field Manager regarding the daily operations in the store;

• You will have a couple of lead hours and work the other hours in the store and deliver outstanding service to members & potential customers;

• Keeps the store clean, tidy and organized;

• Repair bikes in the store.
