You will make sure our members' experience in the store is unforgettable. You’re the first point of contact for the store Swappers, Swapdesk and Store & Field Manager during the shift. You will lead and work alongside the team and ensure that the store looks awesome! 🚀

How you pedal us forward

• You will drive the member experience to an awesome store experience;

• You will act as the first point of contact for customers in the store;

• Solve the more difficult member related issues in the store;

• If someone joins your awesome Swap team, you will responsible for the onboarding of the new store Swappers;

• Involved in the hiring process of new store swappers;

• Evaluates the Swappers together with the Store & Field Manager;

• You will provide input to the Store & Field Manager regarding the daily operations in the store;

• You will have a couple of lead hours and work the other hours in the store and deliver outstanding service to members & potential customers;

• Keeps the store clean, tidy and organized;

• Repair bikes in the store.
