The Store Lead is responsible for managing frontline teams to deliver an outstanding member experience. This role combines hands-on operational execution with people leadership, quality control, and commercial accountability, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance.
Own the day-to-day success of store and field operations by leading people, bikes, and processes to create a safe, fun, and seamless experience for both members and team every single day.

How you pedal us forward! A Store Lead:

• Manages a team of Swappers and trains them to deliver uniform and awesome experience to our members while driving customer basket value;

• Participates in providing service to customers and conducting bike repairs in the store;

• Ensures we deliver service within set time-frame while also meeting local retail hour budgets;

• Acts as first point of contact for the store heroes, Customer Service, Manager and customers;

• Makes sustainability part of the functional focus;

• Keeps the store clean, tidy and organized;

• Is involved in the hiring process and evaluation of new store swappers. 

The gear you need:

• Fluent in English and Dutch 

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and experience with managing people

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• A Continuous Improvement Mindset

• Affinity with bikes and service
